The ADSS Line Operator (ALO) is responsible for operating Incab’s extrusion line in a way that ensures all products produced meet manufacturing specifications and tolerances. The ALO is responsible for correctly managing a number of processes including, but not limited to, the following: properly setting up the extrusion head, checking the cooling baths, loading and checking the material hopper, loading the payoff and yarn servers with material, and maintaining a quality wind on the take-up. The candidate must work at our production site in Arlington, Texas, but may have opportunities for remote work after being fully trained. Benefits are available after 90 days, including medical, dental, vision, and 401k.
